摘要
大红山铁矿Ⅲ、Ⅳ矿体采用分段空场采矿法进行回采,中深孔爆破落矿,胶带运输方式,回采落矿过程中出现大块较多现象。为确保安全回采,提高出矿效率,降低回采成本,需采取切实可行的技术措施优化采区爆破参数减少大块。本次研究结合现场实际情况及爆破参数优化工业试验成果,对以上问题进行分析,并提出了相应的改进技术措施,在实际生产应用中取得了较好的效果,解决了Ⅲ矿体、Ⅳ矿体回采过程中大块率高问题,对类似矿山具有一定的借鉴意义。
Dahongshan iron ore bodies Ⅲ and Ⅳ adopt segmented empty field mining method for recovery,medium and deep hole blasting and falling mines,duct tape transportation methods,and there are more large blocks in the process of recovery and falling mines.In order to ensure safe recovery,improve mining efficiency and reduce recovery cost,practical technical measures should be taken to optimize blasting parameters in mining areas to reduce large blocks.Based on the actual situation in the field and the results of the industrial test for optimization of blasting parameters,this study analyzed the above problems and put forward corresponding technical measures for improvement,and achieved good results in practical production and application.The problem of high bulk rate in the recovery process of ore bodiesⅢ andⅣis solved,and it has a certain reference significance for similar mines.
