摘要
为改善冷却风扇的气动性能,提升整车冷却系统的散热能力,对比分析外插入式、内插入式、迷宫槽式3种导风罩结构形式对环形风扇气动性能的影响,建立相关导风罩CFD计算模型,结合某型牵引车整车模型,对比分析了3种导风罩下,流经散热器的空气流量,根据一维仿真计算数据,对发动机冷却系统的冷却能力进行评估。结果表明:导风罩与风扇的径向间隙、导风罩圆柱区域的长度、导风罩的安装形式对风扇的气动性能均有一定的影响。
In order to improve the aerodynamics performance of cooling fan, and promote the heat dissipationcapability of vehicle cooling system,the aerodynamics performance of annular fans with a rounded shroud,a plug-in shroud and a labyrinth shroud were compared and analyzed. Related CFD calculating model of the shrouds,using complete vehicle model of certain tractor was greated,compare and analyze the mass flow through the radiator. Assessing the heat-sinking capability of cooling system,Combined with one-dimension simulation,cooling capability of the system were evaluated. The results show that clearance between fan and shroud,the length of shroud column region, and installation of the shroud, have certaineffects on the aerodynamics performance of cooling fan.
