iROOT BP Plus用于年轻恒牙直接盖髓的临床疗效分析 被引量:16

摘要 目的:探讨iROOT BP Plus用于年轻恒牙直接盖髓的临床疗效。方法:将66例恒牙深龋露髓患儿随机分为研究组和对照组,对研究组实施iROOT BP Plus恒牙直接盖髓治疗,对对照组实施MTA直接盖髓治疗。结果:研究组直接盖髓操作时间短于对照组(P<0.05),术后随访3个月、6个月的治疗成功率、髓腔钙化桥形成率与对照组比较均无明显差异(P>0.05),牙齿变色发生率较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论:iROOT BP Plus用于年轻恒牙直接盖髓,操作简便、疗效可靠,术后美观度更高。 Objective:To explore the clinical effect of iROOT BP Plus on the direct pulp capping of young permanent teeth.Methods:66 children with deep caries were randomly divided into study group and control group.The study group was treated with direct pulp capping of iROOT BP Plus permanent teeth,and the control group was treated with MTA.Results:The time of direct pulp capping in the study group was shorter than that in the control group(P〈0.05).There was no significant difference in the success rate of treatment and the rate of calcification bridge formation after 3 months and 6 months of follow-up between the two groups(P〈0.05).The incidence of tooth discoloration was higher than that of control group(P〈0.05).Conclusion:iROOT BP Plus is a simple and reliable method for direct pulp capping of young permanent teeth,and the postoperative aesthetic degree is higher.
