糖尿病早期视网膜神经元退行性病变与自噬的相关性研究现状 被引量:5

摘要 糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)是一种微血管系统疾病,越来越多的研究表明糖尿病视网膜神经元退行性病变是DR的早期表现特征。糖尿病导致的异常代谢改变是发生视网膜神经元退行性病变的主要病理因素,其过程与DR的发展互相关联。自噬是维持细胞内环境稳态和细胞存活的重要代谢途径之一,自噬在糖尿病视网膜神经元退行性病变的相关改变中发挥重要作用。研究二者之间的联系可能为DR的预防和治疗提供新的策略。 Diabetic retinopathy(DR) is a microvascular system disease. More and more studies have shown that diabetic retinal neuronal degeneration is the early manifestation of DR.The abnormal metabolic changes caused by diabetes mellitus are the main pathological factors for the retinal neuronal degeneration, and its process is related to the development of DR. Autophagy is one of the important metabolic pathways maintaining the cell homeostasis and viability. Au-tophagy plays an important role in the related changes of diabetic retinal neuronal degeneration.Exploration on relationship between autophagy and diabetic retinal neuronal degeneration may provide a new strategy for the prevention and treatment of DR.
