摘要
为了解决传统单一点式烟气传感器识别率低、误报率高、可靠性差等不足,提出了一种嵌入式低功耗的多特征火灾早期预警系统。利用相对湿度、CO浓度、CO_2浓度和O_2浓度等四种火灾早期特征量,研制了基于CortexM3内核的采集和处理系统。对榉木、棉、纸3种火灾试验材料进行了火灾早期阴燃实验,采集并分析了阴燃过程中的4个特征量,采用多特征量对数回归算法对不同温度和不同燃烧物的阴燃实验数据进行了有监督的学习。实验表明,该预警系统的识别率在90%以上,误报率在3%以下,提高了火灾早期预警的准确性和稳定性。
In order to overcome the disadvantages of traditional single smoke sensor such as low accuracy, high false alarm rate and poor reliability, an Early Fire Warning System (EFWS) by using the multiple features based on embedded and low power system was proposed in this paper. Relative humidity, the concentrations of CO, CO2 and 02 were extracted as the fire features. Meanwhile, hardware and software of warning system were constructed based on Cortex-M3 core. Three types of materials of standardized fire test, such as beech, cotton and paper, were used in the process of smoldering. The experimental data of different temperatures and different combustibles were supervised trained by multi-features logarithmic regression algorithm. Experimental results show that the recognition rate of the EFWS is more than 90% and the false alarm rate is below 3%, which improves the accuracy and stability of the EFWS.
