摘要
目的建立皮灵搽剂质量标准的控制方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)对丙酸氯倍他索进行含量测定,并考察该制剂的稳定性。结果丙酸氯倍他索在1.56^(-1)00μg·ml^(-1)范围内呈良好的线性关系,RSD为1.26%;平均回收率(n=9)为99.06%;皮灵搽剂在稳定性试验中外观性状和丙酸氯倍他索的含量均无明显变化。结论高效液相色谱法所建立的标准可用于皮灵搽剂质量的有效控制。
Objective To establish the quality standard for Pi-ling liniment. Methods We used an HPLC method to determine Clobetasol propionate in Pi-ling liniment,and studied the stablity of Pi-ling liniment. Results The linear range of Clobetasol propionate were 1.56-100μg·ml^（-1）,the precision RSD was 1.26%,and the average recoveries（n=9） was 99.06%. Change of appearance properties of Pi-ling liniment and the content of Clobetasol propionate were not found in the stability test. Conclusion The HPLC is feasible for the quality control of Pi-ling Liniment.
