摘要
农业院校在农业信息化建设过程中具有信息资源、人才资源等优势,是社会科技信息资源共享的重要一环。为了深入探索科技信息资源在农业院校中的建设情况,系统地分析农业院校科技信息资源共享共建情况,从信息资源管理、知识产权管理、标准化管理、人才管理等方面提出存在的问题。通过深入分析出现问题的原因,分别从协调机制建立、标准保障和安全机制的建立、绩效评估制度的完善、人才培训机制的建立等方面提出一系列的管理对策。
Agricultural universities have the advantages of information resources and talent resources in the process of agricultural informatization construction, which is an important part of the sharing of social science and technology information resources. In order to explore the situation of the construction of scientific and technological information resources in agricultural colleges and universities, a systematic analysis of the sharing and construction of scientific and technological information resources in agricultural colleges and universities is adopted. The existing problems in information resources management, intellectual property management, standardized management, and personnel management are put forward. Through in-depth analysis the causes of the problems, a series of management countermeasures are put forward from the establishment of coordination mechanism, the establishment of standard guarantee and security mechanism, perfection of performance evaluation system and the establishment of personnel training mechanism.
