摘要 目的:设计一种新型便携式洗消器,以解决现有洗消器功能单一、洗消液不能回收处理和易造成二次污染等问题。方法:便携式洗消器主要由机架、万向轮、洗消器主机和喷刷机构组成,通过在喷刷机构的喷刷头上设置可调喷淋头、电动刷和废液回收斗,实现一次喷淋清洗与电动刷高速旋转二次刷洗功能相结合的双重清洗功能,同时,将所产生的洗消废液进行回收,并有针对性地设置加压、加温、雾化等多种清洗模式。结果:该洗消器可快速对核化生污染物品进行洗消与洗消液回收,清洗力度大,工作效率高。结论:该洗消器适合突发性核化生等公共卫生事件的洗消使用,其污染物回收功能可防止环境污染和病毒、病菌的传播扩散,实用性较强。 Objective To design a new type of portable decontamination device in order to solve the problems of the existing device in function, disinfectant recovery and secondary pollution. Methods The device developed was composed of a framework, omni-directional wheels, a principal machine and a spray mechanism. The spray mechanism integrated an adjustable spray head, an electric brush and a waste liquid recovery bucket to execute two times of cleaning and disinfectant recovery. There were several cleaning modes available such as pressure cleaning, warm cleaning and atomization cleaning.Results The device implemented NBC contaminated items decontamination and disinfectant recovery with high efficiency.Conclusion The device can be used in rapid response to NBC emergencies, which eliminates the possibilities of environment pollution as well as virus and bacterial spread by pollutant recovery.
