摘要
目的分析磁共振检查流程优化后的效果,评定优化价值。方法采用回顾性分析的形式,对本院于2015年1月~2016年1月期间所采纳的2台磁共振设备进行记录分析(2016年7月),对能够干扰磁共振检查的内外因素予以研究,以此分析从2016年6月以后,流程优化后的结果以及检查患者的总例数。结果对流程予以优化后,在同一时间内,流程优化前所完成的检查要低于优化后的检查效果。同时设置优化时间为47日,平均检查数量为(56.19±5.98)部位/d;优化前的检查数量为(53.57±6.68)部位/d,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);同时优化后的平均更换时间优于优化前的平均更换时间,差异具有统计学意义(t=2.158 3,P=0.033 5)。结论对磁共振检查流程进行优化,制定一系列的科学性、价值性以及可行性的管理对策,以此提升设备检查的优化率,提升临床检查中患者的满意度,节省患者就医时间,临床推广价值存在。
Objective To evaluate the optimization of examination procedure in magnetic resonance examination. Methods A retrospective analysis of the format of our hospital in January 2015-January 2016 period of two magnetic resonance equipment used in the record analysis（July2016）, to interfere with magnetic resonance imaging of internal and external factors. The study was conducted to analyze the results of the process optimization and the total number of patients examined since June 2016. Results After the process is optimized, at the same time, the check done before the process optimization is lower than the optimized check result. At the same time, the optimal time was 47 days, the number of daily inspection was（56.19 ± 5.98） sites/day; the number of pre-optimization tests was（53.57 ± 6.68） sites/day with contrasting differences between groups; meanwhile, the time was better than the average replacement time before optimization, The difference was statistically significant（t = 2.158 3, P= 0.033 5）.Conclusion To optimize the MRI examination procedure and formulate a series of scientific, valuable and feasible management strategies to improve the optimization rate of equipment inspection, enhance patient satisfaction in clinical examination, save patient＇s time for medical treatment,clinical Promotion value exists.
