摘要
自进入"后撤点并校时代"以降,民族贫困农村地区的寄宿制学校出现了寄宿儿童低龄化等问题;研究对云南省内民族贫困农村地区多所寄宿制小学进行实地调查,发现寄宿其中的低龄儿童面临两难困境、身心状况堪忧、承受校园欺凌等问题;探究其原因,认为国家进行顶层设计,形成政策和制度保障,构建保育式寄宿制学校,培育家校合作长效机制是有效的应对路径。
Recently, Boarding schools in ethnic poor rural areas have some problems such as the younger age of boarding children and so on. Through field investigation of many boarding primary schools in ethnic rural areas in Yunnan province, we find that the young children in boarding schools are faced with mental and physical problems, school bullying and other problems. It is considered that the effective way to deal with this problem is to carry out top-level design, form policy and system guarantee, construct a conservation-style boarding school, and foster a long-term mechanism of home-school cooperation.
