摘要
[目的]研究外源铝对茶叶铝含量及其化学品质的影响。[方法]通过盆栽试验,研究了不同铝浓度处理对茶叶化学品质及其铝含量的影响。[结果]土壤施铝能有效提高了春茶和夏茶的化学品质及其铝含量;随着铝浓度的增加,茶叶品质的化学成分均呈先增加后降低的趋势,且在0.5或1.0 mg/kg处理时效果最佳,而茶叶中铝含量则呈递增的趋势。此外,施用铝肥对春茶品质改善及其铝含量的提高的效应大于夏茶。[结论]适宜浓度的铝对改善茶叶品质具有明显的促进作用,且根施铝浓度以0.5~1.0 mg/kg为宜。
[Objective] To research the effects of aluminum application on chemical quality of tea and its aluminum content. [Method]A pot experiment was carried out to investigate the effects of different aluminum fertilizer treatments on the tea chemical quality and its aluminum content. [Result]The application of aluminum fertilizer could effectively improve the chemical quality and of spring and summer teas and their aluminum contents,and the chemical quality compositions of spring and summer teas were increased and then decreased with the increase of Na2 Se O3 and reached the peak at 0.5 or 1.0 mg/kg treatment,while their aluminum contents still increased. In addition,the role of aluminum fertilizer on chemical quality of spring tea and its aluminum content was better than that of summer tea.[Conclusion] The rational application of aluminum fertilizer could promote the chemical quality of tea,and the proper range was 0.5-1.0 mg/kg.
