摘要
为研究干式铁心电抗器在运行过程中绕组局部温度过高的现象,文中针对绕组中涡流损耗对导线电流密度分布的影响进行分析。建立干式铁心电抗器的三维有限元模型,运用Maxwell有限元方法,仿真分析了电抗器的漏磁分布和绕组涡流损耗分布情况。结果表明,绕组端部及铁心气隙处漏磁现象明显,在绕组中产生较大的涡流损耗。绕组涡流损耗占电阻损耗的5.3%。
In order to study the phenomenon that parts of the dry-type core reactor windings are overheating during the operation,the influence of the eddy current loss on the current density distribution of the conductor is analyzed. A three-dimensional finite element model of dry-type core reactor was established. The magnetic flux leakage distribution and the eddy current loss distribution of the reactor were simulated by Maxwell finite element method.The results show that the magnetic flux leakage at the end of the windings and the core air gaps is obvious and produces large eddy currents there in the windings. The eddy current loss accounts for 5. 3% of the resistance loss in the windings.
