摘要
分析当前锂离子电池组在电动自行车、UPS、照明等行业的应用,设计了以MSP430F149单片机为核心,以AD7280A芯片为A/D采样芯片的锂电池管理系统。系统内部通过AD7280A进行电压和温度采样,通过MSP430F149自带A/D进行电流采样,通过SPI通信进行数据交换,实现了对12节单体锂电池电压、电流和温度的精确测量及显示,对锂电池组充放电过程进行实时监测与控制,实现电池组的SOC估算和充放电均衡,通过实验表明了系统的稳定性、可靠性。
After analyzing the current Li-ion battery pack in the electric bicycle, UPS, lighting and other industries, a Li-ion battery management system( BMS) with the MSP430F149 microcontroller as the core, AD7280 A chip as A/D sampling chip is designed. In this system, AD7280A was used for the voltage and temperature sampling, the current was sampled by A/D which the MSP430F149 had, and the data was exchanged by SPI communication. The system achieved a 12-cell lithium battery voltage, current and temperature of the accurate measurement and display. The system realizes the monitoring and controlling of the charging and discharging process of the lithium battery pack, realizes the SOC estimation and the charge and discharge balance of the battery pack. The stability and reliability of the system are proved by experiments.
