摘要
从煤矿"一通三防"工作的具体内涵入手,阐述建立科学合理煤矿"一通三防"安全管理体系的途径,旨在为中国煤矿的安全生产提供帮助。
Starting from the concrete connotation of the work of ＂Ventilation and Protection of Methane, Dust and Fire＂ in coal mine, this paper expounded ways of establishing the safe management system of ＂Ventilation and Protection of Methane, Dust and Fire＂ in a scientific and reasonable manner in the coal mine in order to provide help for the safe production of China＇s coal mines.
