摘要
目的探讨基于网络平台的新型教学模式在胸外科护士规范化培训中的应用现况及效果。方法将胸外科规范化培训的60名新护士随机分为研究组和对照组,每组各30人。对照组采用传统培养方式,研究组采用网络教学法。比较两组的培训效果和满意度。结果研究组规培护士、带教老师及护士长对培训的满意度均高于对照组(p<0.05)。研究组理论知识和操作技能及综合考核成绩均明显高于对照组(p<0.05)。研究组不良事件和有效投诉均少于对照组(p<0.05)。结论在胸外科护士规范化培训中应用基于网络平台的新型教学模式能提高规培护士、带教老师及护士长的满意度,提高规培护士理论知识和操作技能及综合能力,减少不良事件和有效投诉的发生。
Objective To explore the application status and effect of the new teaching model based on network platform in the standardized training of thoracic surgery nurses. Methods A total of 60 new nurses under standardized training in thoracic surgery department were randomly and equally divided into the experimental group and the control group. The control group received the traditional training method, and the experimental group received the network teaching method. The training effect and satisfaction rate of the two groups were compared. Results The nurses, teachers and head nurses in the experimental group were more satisfied with the training than the control group（p〈0.05）. Examination achievements of theory, operation and the comprehensive examination result were obviously higher in the experimental group than the control group（p〈0.05）. Both adverse events and complaints in the experimental group were less than those in the control group（p〈0.05）. Conclusion Applying the new teaching model based on network platform in the standardized training of thoracic surgery nurses can improve the satisfaction of nurses, teachers and head nurses, improve the theory and operation level of nurses, and reduce the occurrence of adverse events and complaints.
