摘要
钢筋骨架及预应力管道准确定位是预制箱梁施工过程中的关键控制环节之一,影响预制箱梁服役过程的受力状态。文章根据箱梁的配筋及预应力管道坐标定位特点和要求,研制了预制箱梁底腹板钢筋及预应力管道的定位架,提高了预制箱梁钢筋间距及波纹管坐标安装的精度,实现了箱梁底腹板钢筋绑扎成型的流水线施工,在保障施工质量、提高施工效率和节约施工成本方面均取得了良好的效果。
Accurate positioning of reinforcing steel frame and prestressed pipe is one of the key control steps in the construction process of prefabricated box girder,which affects the stress state of prefabricated box girder during its service.Based on the characteristics and requirements of box girder reinforcement and the coordinate positioning of prestressed pipelines,this article developed the positioning frame of prefabricated box girder bottom-web rebar and the prestressed pipe,which improved the rebar spacing of prefabricated box girder and the installation accuracy of corrugated pipe coordinates,realized the assembly line construction of bottom-web rebar banding for box girder,and has achieved good results in ensuring construction quality,improving construction efficiency,and saving construction costs.
