摘要
目的:确定医疗设备购置的影响因素,为科学购置医疗设备提供借鉴与参考。方法:采用德尔菲法和层次分析法,确定影响医疗设备购置的一级指标、二级指标及权重。结果:两轮德尔菲法专家咨询确定影响医疗设备购置的因素为使用需求、成本效益和设备管理,层次分析法所确定权重依次为0.413、0.345及0.242,表明在购置医疗设备中,首先需要考虑的应该是临床使用需求,同时成本效益、设备管理也会影响医疗设备的购置决策。结论:德尔菲法和层次分析法结合使用确定医疗设备购置的因素结果科学、合理,可为购置医疗设备提供指导与参考。
Objective： To determine the influence factor of medical equipment purchase and provide reference for scientific purchasing medical equipment. Methods： The Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process（AHP） were used to determine the first-level indexes, second-level indexes and weights that affect the purchase of medical equipment. Results： The expert consultations of two rounds with Delphi method determined the influence factors that affected the purchase of medical equipment included the usage requirement, cost-effectiveness and equipment management. And the weights that confirmed by AHP successively were 0.413, 0.345 and 0.242, and these results indicated that the usage requirement of medical equipment in clinical practice should be considered at the first in the purchase of medical equipment, at the same time, cost-effectiveness and equipment management also could affect the purchase decision of medical equipment. Conclusion： The combination of Delphi method and AHP in determining the factors that affect the purchase of medical equipment is scientific and reasonable, and it can provide guidance and reference for purchasing medical equipment.
