摘要
基于对孔周裂隙分布特征及巷周煤岩蠕变特征的分析,确定了顺层钻孔漏气的原因,并结合义棠煤业10号煤层的赋存条件,提出了顺层钻孔"两堵一注"+内外双管封孔方法。现场应用表明,该方法可有效封堵孔周的裂隙和巷周煤体蠕变造成的裂隙,且取得了良好的封孔效果。
Based on the analysis of the distribution characteristics of the pore and the creep characteristics of the roadway and rock, the reasons for the leakage of boreholes along coal seams were determined, and the method of "two plugging and one injecting" + inside and outside the inner and outer double pipe sealing method was put forward in combination with the occurrence conditions of the No. 10 coal seam d the Yitong Coal Industry. Through field application, this method can effectively block the cracks of the hole and the creep caused by the creep of the coal body around the roadway, and has obtained good sealing effect.
