摘要
2017年第14届全国研究生数学建模竞赛B题“面向下一代光通信的VC—SEL激光器仿真模型”来自光通信芯片开发所面临的实际问题,希望通过对已有材料信息和相关文献的查阅分析,采用数学建模的方式提出光通信芯片开发中更契合实际器件特性的激光器模型.对命题背景、解题思路、答题评审情况、存在的问题及建议等方面进行了综述.
The problem B in the 14th National Mathematical Modeling Contest for Post- graduate is about mathematical modeling of vertical cavity surface emitting laser (VCSEL) in next generation optical communication systems, which is a practical problem in the de-veloping of optical digital signal processing chip. This problem expects to propose a good method of VCSEL modeling by analyzing references. This paper makes a summary about the problem on the following aspects: the background, the efficient methods of solving, the responses from the contest, the problems existing questions, and the suggestions.
