摘要
目的了解四川省普格县农村彝族居民肿瘤防治知识的认知现状及影响因素,为进一步的健康干预提供依据。方法 2017-03/06采用多阶段随机抽样的方法,抽取420名居民进行问卷调查,并对调查结果进行统计分析。结果调查人群的肿瘤防治知识知晓率不高,不同肿瘤防治知识条目的知晓率为32.99%~82.12%,经Logistic多因素回归分析,年龄、文化程度、家庭收入水平是肿瘤防治知识知晓率的主要影响因素。结论需要针对不同高危人群加强彝族地区居民肿瘤防治知识的健康教育。
Objective To understand the current situation of cancer related knowledge and its influencing factors among Yi nationality rural residents in Puge county in Sichuan Province,so as to provide the basis for further health prevention and control. Methods In March 6 of 2017,420 residents were selected for the questionnaire survey by means of multi-stage random sampling,and the survey results were statistically analyzed. Results The awareness rate of cancer prevention knowledge was low among the Yi nationality residents,the awareness rate of different prevention and treatment factors of cancer varied from 32. 99% to 82. 12%. Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the gender,degree of education,family income were significantly associated with the awareness rate of cancer prevention and treatment knowledge. Conclusion It is necessary to strengthen the health education of cancer prevention and treatment among Yi nationality residents by targeted at different high-risk groups.
