摘要
为了在底座初期设计时尽可能减轻其质量、降低静应力变形、提高其固有频率,首先基于变密度法,建立以底座质量为优化目标函数,静应力变形和固有频率为约束的拓扑优化数学模型,实现1次优化;然后基于响应曲面法,建立以底座质量、静应力最大变形量和1阶固有频率为目标函数与约束条件的多目标优化模型,实现2次优化。分析两次优化的有限元结果:相比于1次优化,2次优化后的底座质量减轻2.5%,静应力变形量降低16.2%,1阶固有频率提高6.0%。
In order to reducing the mass of machine tool base as much as possible,reducing the static stress deformation,improving the natural frequency of the machine tool in the early design of thebase. Firstly,based on variable density method,establish a mathematical model of topology optimization which takes the mass as the optimization objective function,the static stress deformation and natural frequency as constraints,according to the results of topology optimization,the substructure was designed initially. Then,based on response surface methodology,estabish multi-objective optimization model with the objective function and constraint conditions of the mass,the maximum deformation of the static stress and the first-order natural frequency,According to the multi-objective optimization results,the structure of the base is optimized.Compared with the two optimized finite element analysis,the results show that the mass of the second optimized reduces by 2.5%,the static deformation decreases by 16.2% and the first natural frequency by 6.0%.
