摘要
Online micro-course community promotes effect on teacher professional development.The purpose of this community is to construct new knowledge and develop the potential of individual teacher.Finally,the aim of improving the comprehensive quality of teachers is achieved.The connotation and essence of online micro-course community,the effectiveness of its application in the field of teacher learning community,the key factors influencing the teachers’learning mechanism,online micro-course community building and a series of questions are discussed from the points of view of English teachers.
