摘要
近些年,随着对汽车内饰精致度的极致追求,更多的从业者开始关注内部装饰件的配合形式。介绍汽车内饰件各区域的配合形式及优化方法,为了减少零件配合的不平整度,更多地采用对接;为了释放环形配合的尺寸链累积误差而采用搭接时,提出隐蔽搭接位置的方法和应尽量减少搭接厚度的建议。
In recent years,more and more practitioners have started to pay attention to the fitting form design of the interior decoration in extreme pursuit of the delicacy. The fitting forms and optimized ways between each area of the interior trims were introduced. It was preferred to use the offset fitting form to reduce the roughness; when the overlap fitting form was used to release accumulative deviation of the annular size chain,the way of hiding the matching position and the proposal of reducing the matching thickness were given.
