摘要
目的:研究与分析小剂量丙戊酸钠防治小儿复杂性热性惊厥的效果。方法:选取本院2014年1月-2017年12月收治的小儿复杂性热性惊厥患儿200例为对象进行研究,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各100例。对照组采用小剂量安定治疗,观察组采用小剂量丙戊酸钠治疗。比较分析两组退热时间、止惊时间、治疗效果、不良反应、情况等。结果:观察组退热时间、止惊时间等与对照组相比显著较短,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗有效率为94.0%与对照组74.0%相比显著较高,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率6.0%、复发率4.0%与对照组22.0%、18.0%相比均显著较低,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:小剂量丙戊酸钠防治小儿复杂性热性惊厥的效果非常显著,既能快速改善患儿各种症状,又能减少各种不良反应,还能降低其复发率,因而安全性较高,值得应用推广。
Objective：To study and analyze the effect of small doses of sodium valproate in the prevention and treatment of complex febrile seizures in children.Method：A total of 200 children with febrile complex febrile convulsions admitted to our hospital from January 2014 to December 2017 were selected for study.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,100 cases in each group.A small dose of valproate was used to treat children in the control group.Small doses of sodium valproate was used to treat in the observation group.The two groups were compared and analyzed for the time of fever,the time of scare,the effect of treatment, adverse reactions,and conditions.Result：The duration of fever and the time of start-up in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.The therapeutically effective rate in the observation group was 94.0% compared with 74.0% in the control group, which was significantly higher（P〈0.05）.The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 6.0%, and the recurrence rate was 4.0%, which were significantly lower than those in the control group of 22.0% and 18.0%（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The effect of low-dose sodium valproate on prevention of complex febrile convulsions in children is very significant.It can not only rapidly improve various symptoms of children, but also reduce various adverse reactions, and can also reduce the recurrence rate.Therefore, it is safer and worthy of application promotion.
