摘要
从1938年到1946年粗略计算,西北联大师范教育的办学有8年时间,这段时间是中国高等师范教育发展的重要时期。以李蒸为首的教育家们怀着强烈的教育使命感,把对师范教育的思考和当时西北的现实紧密结合,以服务地方为使命,完善师范学院的设置,从培养目标、课程设置、教育实践、教育管理四个方面进行具体而广泛改革实践,不断强化师范教育的独立性,使师范教育办学取得了很大的成绩。在一定程度上,这种师范教育在当时的办学有着巨大的历史贡献,对当前师范院校的转型与发展有极其重要的启示。
From 1938 to 1946, rough calculation shows that the normal education of Northwest Union University has eight years' running time, which is an important period for the development of higher normal education in China. Educators led by Li steamed with a strong sense of educational mission, closely integrated their thinking on teacher education with the reality in the northwest at that time, and served the local as their mission to perfect the establishment of normal colleges and universities. From the aspects of training objectives, curricula, education Practice and education management of the four aspects of specific and extensive reform and practice, and constantly strengthen the independence of teacher education, so that teacher education has achieved great success. To a certain extent, this kind of teacher education has a tremendous historical contribution to the school running at the time, and it has extremely important enlightenment on the transformation and development of the current normal university.
