对新办专业建设中六个核心问题的探索 被引量:6

摘要 专业是高校最基本的办学单元,专业建设是高等学校教育教学工作的核心内容,建设成效如何直接关系到学校的办学水平和学生的培养质量。近年来,高校新专业建设取得重要成就的同时也面临着诸如专业设置随意、教学投入不足、学生认同感不强和人才培养质量难以得到保障等一系列困惑。文章以探索解决高校新办本科专业普遍存在的问题为线索,重点对新办专业建设中涉及的优化顶层设计、加强师资队伍建设、处理教学科研二者关系、推进课程建设、培养学生专业价值观和开展专业评估等六个方面的核心问题进行了研究和探索。 Major is the most basic unit in the university, of which the construction is the core content of higher education andteaching work and the effectiveness is directly related to the school running level and the quality of the students' training. In recentyears, construction of Major has made important achievements, but is also confronted with a series of confusion, such as the randommajor establishment, inadequate teaching, the lack of student sense of identification and the hard guarantee of the quality of personneltraining. This paper is carried out with the exploration of solving problems which commonly exist in newly established undergraduatemajors in colleges and universities, focusing on the optimization of the top design involved in the new major construction, to strengthen the construction of teaching resource, to balance the relationship between teaching and scientific research, to promote curriculumconstruction, to cultivate students professional values and professional evaluation and other core issues.
