摘要
双馈风力发电机闪爆事故极少发生,通过对两起双馈风力发电机闪爆事故的跟踪调查,本文从发电机的运行条件、运维过程、发电机结构等方面对发电机发生闪爆事故的原因进行了分析,并提出了整改建议。使用不符合设计要求的轴承及润滑不当是造成闪爆事故的主要原因,该分析结果可为今后快速查明类似事故原因提供帮助。
It rarely occurs that the flash explosion accident of doubly-fed wind power generator. Through the follow-up investigation of two flash explosion accidents of doubly-fed power generator, the causes of accidents were analyzed from the aspects of operating conditions, operation and maintenance process, structural of generator and other factors, the proposals of rectification were also put forward. The main causes of flash explosion accidents are the wrong use of bearings and improper lubrication, the results of analysis in this paper will help to quickly identify causes of similar accidents in the future.
