摘要
为满足汽车业的高速发展,MEMS传感器技术被广泛运用在汽车各个部件上。本文介绍MEMS传感器技术在汽车上的三大应用,主要讲述MEMS压力传感器的应用,并阐述了对未来MEMS传感技术的展望。
In order to meet the rapid development of the automotive industry,MEMS sensor technology is widely used in various parts of automobiles. This paper introduces the three applications of MEMS sensor technology in automobile. It mainly describes the application of MEMS pressure sensor and the prospect of MEMS sensor technology in the future.
