低温贮藏对赣南脐橙级外果果实品质的影响 被引量:2

Effects of Low-temperature Storage on Physiological Quality for Off-grade Fruit of Newhall Navel Orange in Southern Jiangxi Province

摘要 以赣南脐橙级外果果实为试验材料,研究了低温贮藏对果实可食率、出汁率、可溶性固形物、维生素C和可滴定酸等生理品质的影响。结果表明:与常温贮藏相比,低温贮藏果实可溶性固形物和维生素C含量较高,低温贮藏能够延缓可滴定酸含量的降低速率,可以提高果实的耐贮性,低温贮藏对果实出汁率维持要优于常温贮藏。研究认为,级外果若通过长期贮藏用于精深加工,最好采用低温贮藏。 The effects of low-temperature storage on physiological quality of edible rate, juice yield, soluble solid, vitamin C and titrate for off-grade fruit of Newhall Navel Orange were studied in Southern Jiangxi Province. The results showed that the soluble solid and vitamin C content of fruit by low-temperature storage were higher than those in normal temperature. Low temperature could slow down the reducing rate of TA content and increase the fruit storability. Meanwhile, the low temperature was absolutely better for juice yield maintaining. Therefore, low-temperature storage was an optimal method of fruit using for deep processing storage.
