摘要
目的观察中药辨证治疗民用航空医学中心进行健康检查的民航乘务员疲劳性亚健康的临床疗效和安全性。方法选取在民用航空医学中心进行健康检查的民航乘务员疲劳性亚健康患者且属临床常见的火热证或气阴两虚证者109例,随机分为中药治疗组71例、安慰剂对照组38例,疗程2周。观察2组受试者疲劳量表评分及中医证候积分的变化。结果中药治疗后,治疗组的疲劳量表-14(FS-14)评分及疲劳自评量表(FSAS)中躯体疲劳、疲劳后果、疲劳总程度和疲劳对睡眠休息的反应评分以及中医证候积分较治疗前均有改善,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),但对照组治疗前后评分差异无统计学意义。结论中药辨证治疗民用航空医学中心进行健康检查的民航乘务员疲劳性亚健康具有较好的临床疗效和安全性。
[ Objective ] To observe the clinical effect and safety of syndrome differentiation and treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） for fatigue sub-health in flight attendants who received the health examination in Civil Aviation Medical Center. [Methods] The 109 cases of fatigue sub-health with common clinical type of syndromes including the syndrome of fire-heat and the syndrome of qi and yin deficiency were collected from flight attendants who received the health examination in Civil Aviation Medical Center, which were randomly divided into treatment group with 71 patients and placebo control group with 38 patients. The two groups were treated for 2 weeks. The scores of fatigue scale and TCM syndrome scores between two groups were observed. [Results] After the treatment, the scores of fatigue scale-14 （FS-14）, scores of physical fatigue, fatigue effects, overall fatigue and fatigue response on sleep of the fatigue self-assessments scale （FSAS）, and TCM syndrome scores in the treatment group improved as compared with those before treatment, and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. But the differences between before and after treatment were not statistically significant in the control group. [Conclusion] The syndrome differentiation and treatment of TCM has a better therapeutic effect and safety in fatigue sub-health in flight attendants.
