摘要
当前,高校党组织对高校党建工作的认识不足,导致高校党组织的凝聚力不够、号召力不强;部分党员的先锋模范作用、先进性作用发挥不够,影响了党员的形象;部分党组织建设缺乏活力,引领和彰显作用不足;部分党务干部综合素质不高,率先垂范性不够;对党员疏于教育和管理,不能有效规范其日常行为等。高校需要通过重视思想政治教育,对高校师生加强理论指导;构建系统完整的制度体系,夯实高校党建科学性的基础;运用科学的高校党建方法,促进党建工作的良性循环;加强高校党建队伍建设,提供优质人力保障,促进高校党建工作科学化的实现。
At present, the insufficient understanding of party-building work by the party organizations in universi- ties leads to the insufficient cohesion and appeal by the party organizations; the inadequate vanguard and advanced role exerted by some party members affects the image of the party members; some party organizations are lacking in vitality, pioneer and fine example; leaders of some party members fail to have good comprehensive quality and exam- ple; the education and management of party members is neglected and their daily behavior can＇t be effectively regu- lated. Universities should strengthen theoretical guidance by paying more attention to ideological and political educa- tion, consolidate the scientific foundation of the party building by establishing a complete institutional system, promote the good circle of party-building work by using scientific party-building methods and promote the realization of the scientificalization of party-building work by strengthening the construction of the party-building team and providing excellent manpower guarantee.
