低空气比释动能率X射线参考辐射质的建立 被引量:5

Establishment of X-ray Reference Radiation of Low Air-kerma Rate

摘要 为开展X射线在低剂量率水平下的量值溯源与传递工作,根据国际标准组织技术规范ISO4037-1建立了四个低空气比释动能率X射线参考辐射质,通过实验获得对应辐射质的半值层、能谱、平均能量、有效能量。将实验数据与ISO4037-1报告给出的相应数值作比较,半值层的偏差在5%以内,平均能量的偏差在1.25%以内,有效能量的偏差在1.72%以内,能谱吻合良好,说明实验建立的X射线参考辐射质满足标准规范要求。为后续开展低剂量率X射线量值复现与量值传递方法的研究奠定基础。 In order to carry out the traceability and transmission of X-ray at the low dose rate,according to ISO4037-1,we have established four X-ray reference radiations of low air-kerma rate.The half-value layer,energy spectrum,mean energy and effective energy of the corresponding radiation are obtained experimentally.The various values of the reference radiations are compared with the corresponding values given in the ISO4037-1.The results show that the deviation of the half-value layer is within 5%,the deviation of the mean energy is within 1.25% and the deviation of the effective energy is within 1.72%.And the spectra stimulated by the BEAMnrc are consistent with the spectra given in the ISO4037-1.These all approve the established X-ray reference radiations by experiment is conform to the requirements of the standard specifications.It lays the foundation for the following study on the methods of traceability and transmission of X-ray at the low dose rate.
