摘要
为保障井筒安全快速掘进,毛坪铅锌矿112线盲竖井井筒采用预注浆进行堵水治理。钻探采用"S孔"定向钻进工艺,注浆采用分段下行的方式进行,选用综合黏土水泥浆作为注浆材料,地表建立制浆站进行制浆,浆液通过输浆管路从地面输送至井下,井下设立注浆站进行注浆。勘察孔预测井筒涌水量为314.8 m3/h,注浆结束后,最终压水试验测得井筒注浆段剩余涌水量为4.83 m3/h,堵水率达到98.5%,堵水效果优异。112线盲竖井井筒预注浆工程的成功实施,其设计同施工工艺对我国西南矿区井筒预注浆的推广应用具有重要意义。
In order to ensure the safe and rapid tunneling of the shaft,pre-grouting for water control had been applied in Line 112 blind vertical shaft of Maoping Lead-zinc Mine."S-hole"directional drilling technology was adopted,and grouting was realized in a segmented downward manner. Clay cement slurry was selected as the grouting material,and slurry was prepared from the pulping station built on the surface. The slurry was transported from the ground to underground through the pipeline,and grouting station was set up underground to realize grouting. From survey hole,it is predicted that the water inflow from the wellbore was 314.8 m^3/h;After grouting,the remaining water inflow in the grouting section of the wellbore is4.83 m^3/h,and the water plugging rate reached 98.5%,with good water blocking effect obtained. The successful pre-grouting of line 112 blind vertical shaft and its construction process were of great significance to the application of shaft pre-grouting in the southwestern mine area of China.
