摘要
为探讨不同温度条件下南方根结线虫对不同抗性烟草品种生理生化指标的影响,利用光合培养箱控制烟草生长环境的温度,采用人工接种南方根结线虫的方法,对不同温度条件下各时期烟草品种根系生理生化指标进行测量。研究表明,受到南方根结线虫侵染后,不同抗性烟草品种根系过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性及羟脯氨酸糖蛋白、可溶性糖、脯氨酸含量均增加,但超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性降低,当温度为25℃时,各生理生化指标变化幅度最大,温度为35℃时变化最小。因此,35℃高温对南方根结线虫侵染活动影响最大,SOD、POD、CAT活性及羟脯氨酸糖蛋白、可溶性糖、脯氨酸含量与烟草抗南方根结线虫有密切的关系。
In order to investigate the effects ofMeloidogyn~ incognita (M.incognita) on physiological and biochemical indexes of resistant and susceptible tobaccos (Nicotiana tabacum) under different temperatures, the indexes of roots at each stage were determined. The growing temperatures were controlled by photosynthetic incubator and the M. incognita inoculated artificially. According to the results, Peroxidase (POD), Catalase (CAT) activities, hydroxyproline glycoprotein (HRGP), soluble sugar and proline contents were significantly increased in all varieties, while Superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity decreased. The range of physiological and biochemical indexes reached maximum at 25 ℃ while minimum at 35 ℃. Therefore, at higher temperature such as 35 ℃ might have the greatest influence on M.incognita invasion. SOD, POD, CAT activities, hydroxyproline glycoprotein, soluble sugar and proline contents may closely relate to the tobacco resistance to M.incognita.
