Automatic Testing System of Cross Line Laser

摘要 针对投线仪传统检测方法存在占地面积大、检测效率低下、检测精度低等缺点,设计了一套基于平行光管测角及机器视觉测量的激光投线仪自动检测系统。系统由9根平行光管及面阵CMOS相机组成,能同时检测3根垂线及1根水平线。实验结果表明,相比于传统人工检测,本系统检测精度优于5″;操作简单,检测效率高,单台仪器检测时间小于20s;同时采用了平行光管-CMOS相机图像测量系统,使得系统占地面积小于4m^2。为了便于定位激光线中心,对采集到的图像进行了预处理,提取激光线中心采用灰度重心法的亚像素定位技术。 Considering the disadvantages of the traditional testing systems of the cross line laser such as large floor spaces,low efficiency and poor accuracy,a new automatic testing system based on collimator angle measurement and machine vision measurement is designed.The system consists of nine collimators and array CMOS cameras,which can detect three vertical laser lines and one horizontal laser line at the same time.The experimental results show that compared with traditional testing systems,the accuracy of this system is better than 5″.The system is easy to operate and more efficient,and the test time of single instrument is less than 20 seconds.The collimator-CMOS camera image measurement system makes the space that the whole system takes up less than 4 square meters.In order to locate the center of laser line,the image captured by CMOS camera is pretreated,and the sub-pixel localization technique of gray centroid method is used to extract the center of laser line.
