摘要
采用HPLC-UV/MS检测方法研究了链霉菌Streptomyces sp.CSDX076菌株次级代谢产物中新天然产物A的发酵条件优化.对碳源、氮源组合不同的培养基在不同发酵时间、萃取溶剂不同的条件下得到的新天然产物A进行了定性及半定量的研究.结果发现,在基础培养基中加入8g/L用双蒸水浸泡的腐殖酸,培养13 d,乙酸乙酯萃取得到的天然产物A的生物量最高.
HPLC-UV/MS detection method was adopted to study the optimal fermentation condition of the new natural product A in the secondary metabolites of Streptomyces sp. CSDX076. Both qualitative and semi-quantitative studies of the new natural product A were carried out with different fermentation times and extraction solvents as well as different ingredients of the carbon sources and nitrogen sources. 8 g/L of humic acid soaked in the double steaming water for 24 h was added to the base medium. The highest biomass of the natural product A was in 13 days,and the extraction solvent was ethyl acetate.
