摘要 沈阳市是一所历史文化名城,城市更新和历史建筑保护矛盾越加明显。124中学主楼建筑呈对称式布局,反映了当时的建筑技术与艺术特征,是沈阳近代教育发展史的重要载体,具有珍贵的历史价值。立足学校的实际情况,结合历史建筑保护利用的相关研究,探讨历史建筑保护和利用的方式,指导学校改造方案,更好的发挥历史建筑的价值。 Shenyang is a famous historical and cultural city, and the contradiction between urban renewal and historical building protection is more and more obvious. The main building of 124 middle school is symmetrical layout, which reflects the architectural technology and artistic characteristics of the time and is an important carrier of Shenyang modern education history, so it has precious historical value. Based on the actual situation of the school, combined with the relevant research on the protection and utilization of historical buildings, this paper discusses the ways of the protection and utilization of historical buildings to guide the transformation scheme of the school, so as to better play the value of historical buildings.
