摘要
实时二维剪切波弹性成像(2D SWE)是近年来发展起来的新技术,其具有无创、实时、准确、可重复测量的优势,可定量获得组织的弹性模量值。在肝脏疾病的诊断中,2D SWE的应用日益广泛,尤其在肝纤维化的分级诊断中具有较高的准确性,其正逐渐成为肝脏超声医学领域的一个研究热点。另外,2D SWE在门静脉高压的监测及肝移植术后评估中也有一定的价值。虽然其被认为是非常有前景的检查手段,但未来仍有一些操作规范及疾病的诊断标准需要探讨。
Real time two-dimensional shear wave elastography( 2 D SWE) is a new technique developed in recent years. It has the advantages of non-invasive,real-time,accurate and repeatable measurement,and can quantitatively obtain the modulus of elasticity of tissue. In the diagnosis of liver diseases,the application of 2 D SWE is becoming more and more extensive,especially in the classification diagnosis of liver fibrosis,which is becoming a research hotspot in the field of liver ultrasound medicine. In addition,2 D SWE also has some value in the monitoring of external portal hypertension with imaging and the evaluation of liver transplantation. Although it is considered to be a very promising means of examination,there are still some operational criteria and diagnostic criteria to be explored in the future.
