摘要
目的:观察四环素牙应用烤瓷贴面修复治疗的临床效果及牙修复不良事件、满意度评分。方法:选取2016年1-12月在笔者所在医院口腔科诊治的108例四环素牙患者临床资料,按修复方法不同分两组,各54例,对照组选用树脂贴面治疗,观察组选用烤瓷贴面修复治疗,均修复治疗6个月,比较两组临床疗效及不良事件、满意度评分。结果:观察组治疗总有效率85.19%,比对照组的68.52%高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良事件率5.56%,比对照组的31.48%低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组满意度评分(95.73±2.13)分,比对照组的(80.67±2.82)分高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且总满意度(94.44%)比对照组(77.76%)高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:四环素牙应用烤瓷贴面修复治疗能有效提升临床疗效,且不易发生变色、牙龈红肿、边缘适合性等不良事件,且患者满意度高,效果显著。
Objective：To observe the clinical effect of tetracycline tooth on the application of porcelain veneer repair and the effect of dental satisfaction and unsatisfactory dental restoration.Method：From January 2016 to December 2016 in our hospital dental treatment of 108 cases of tetracycline patients with clinical data,according to the repair method divided into two different groups,54 in each group,the control group treated with resin veneer,the observation group selected roasted porcelain veneer repair treatment,were repaired for 6 months,the two groups were compared clinical efficacy and adverse events,satisfaction score.Result：The total effective rate of the observation group 85.19% was higher than that of the control group（68.52%）,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The adverse reaction rate of the observation group was 5.56%,which was lower than that of the control group of 31.48%（P〈0.05）.The satisfaction score of the observation group（95.73±2.13）points was higher than that of the control group（80.67±2.82）points（P〈0.05）,and the total satisfaction 94.44% was higher than that of the control group（77.76%）,with statistical difference significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Tetracycline tooth application of porcelain veneer repair can effectively improve the clinical efficacy,and less prone to discoloration,gum swelling,edge suitability and other adverse events,and patients with high satisfaction,the effect is significant.
