摘要
在我国旅游业迅猛发展的背景之下,旅游管理专业本科生本行业就业率却不容乐观。通过结合河北省旅游人才发展需求,以河北农业大学为例,将本校人才培养目标和OBE成果导向教育理念相结合,创新性提出EHIP-OBE的人才培养理念。在这一理念下从模块化课程体系构建、学养与人格的培养、开展创新创业活动、丰富实践性教学,这四个环节科学制定旅游管理专业EHIP-OBE理念的人才培养模式实施策略,以打造高素质创新型应用型旅游管理专业人才。
Under the background of the rapid development of China＇s tourism industry, the employment rate of undergraduates majoring in tourism management is not optimistic. Through a combination of tourism talents in hebei province development needs, in order to hebei agricultural university as an example, combine the goal of talent training and the concept of OBE achievement oriented education, innovatively puts forward the talent cultivation concept of EHIP-OBE philosophy. Under this concept from the modular curriculum system construction, the cultivation of knowledge and personality, innovation and entrepreneurship activities, enriching practical teaching, through four links of science to develop tourism management EHIP - OBE＇s idea of talent training pattern implementation strategy, to build tourism management innovative applied talents with high quality.
