摘要 随着社会的发展,在科技创新的号召下电子科技学研究之类的高技术的行业高速发展,特别是集成电路设计,可以工作的功能越来越多,电路越来越精确,电路的设计集成的规模越来越小,对仪器的测量的精确度也越来越精密。当然集成电路在越来越多的地方得到使用,就比如稳压电路就运用到了。随伴着便携式数码产品的广泛应用,巨大的稳压电路已经成为主要考虑的因素之一,所以就需要用到将稳压电路集成而成的三端集成稳压器。文章对三端集成稳压器做了一些介绍,详细分析了三端稳压器的各个参数和实际应用性,对电路的组成与仿真模拟结果方面也进行了详细的介绍,并使用Or CAD进行了仿真。结果得出电路的实用性、稳定性与精确性极佳。 With the development of society, school of electronic science and technology rapid development of such high technology industry in the technological innovation of the call, especially the integrated circuit design, more and more functions can work more and more precise, circuit design, circuit integration scale is more and more small, the accuracy of measurement of the instrument is more and more precise. Of course, integrated circuits are used in more and more places, such as voltage stabilizing circuits. With the wide application of portable digital products, the huge voltage stabilizing circuit has become one of the main factors to consider. Therefore, the three terminal integrated voltage regulator is needed to integrate the regulated circuit. In this paper, three terminal integrated voltage regulator is introduced. The parameters and practical application of the three terminal voltage regulator are carefully analyzed. The composition and simulation results of the three terminal voltage regulator are also introduced in detail, and the simulation is carried out by using the simulation. The result shows the practicability of the circuit and the stability and accuracy of the circuit is excellent.
