摘要
目的分析医院药品库房管理优化对药品库存管理指标的影响,为提高医院药品管理水平,保障药品供应安全、合理、经济提供参考。方法按ABC分类法管理药品库房,统计并分析2015年和2017年上半年药品实际销售总金额和库存金额等,比较药品库存周转率和管理指标的变化。结果优化后,药品库存品种数由1 528种降至1 034种,库存金额由5 679.47万元降至1 976.01万元,周转率由3.30%提高至8.90%;减少了流动资金积压和人力运营成本。结论优化药品库房管理模式,保证临床科室用药需求,降低药品管理成本,确保药品质量,提高医院药品管理水平,为患者安全、合理、经济用药提供了有力保障。
Objective To analyze the drug inventory management indicators before and after the optimization of drug storehouse management in our hospital,so as to provide a reference for improving the hospital＇s drug management level and ensuring the safe,reasonable and economical supply of drugs. Methods The drug storeroom was managed according to the ABC classification method, and the total sales amount and inventory amount of drugs from January to June in 2015 and 2017 were statistically analyzed,and the change of drug inventory turnover and management indexes were compared. Results After optimization the management mode of drug storehouse,the quantity of drug stock varieties decreased from 1 528 kinds to 1 034 kinds,and the inventory amount decreased from 56 794 700 Yuan to 19 760 100 Yuan,and the turnover rate increased from 3. 30% to 8. 90%,and the overstock of capital flow and the operation cost of manpower were reduced. Conclusion Optimizing drug inventory management mode can guarantee clinical medication requirements,decrease the cost of medicine management, ensure drug quality, improve the level of drug management in hospitals, so as to provide a strong guarantee for the safety,rational and economic drug use of the patients.
