摘要
从2009年9月份开始,对江西农业大学校园内大型真菌资源进行了为期8年的跟踪调查研究,共采集标本275份,采用经典分类学与分子系统学相结合的研究方法,鉴定子囊菌门2目3科3属5种,担子菌门11目39科77属164种,合计169种;其中腐生菌101种,寄生菌1种,菌根菌60种,共生菌7种;食用菌77种,药用菌16种,食药两用菌8种,毒菌25种;通过分离纯化共获得菌株56株。大型真菌在大时间尺度上的物种变化非常大,2011年采集的大型真菌物种和2017年的物种重叠率只有8.3%。传统大型真菌资源调查方法所得物种数可能占实际可产生子实体大型真菌种数的一半不到。重复多次调查对摸清我国大型真菌家底具有重要意义。
To study the large-scale temporal variation, the macro-fungi on the campus of Jiangxi Agricultural University have been investigated since September, 2009. Total 275 fungal specimens were collected and identified based on both morphological and molecular data. Five species belonging to 3 genera, 3 families and 2 orders in Ascomycota, and 164 species belonging to 77 genera, 39 families and 11 orders in Basidiomycota, were identified. Of the total 169 species, 101 species were saprophytes, 1 was parasites, 60 were mycorrhizas and 7 were symbiotics. In the aspect of economic significance, 77 were edible, 16 were medical, 8 were both edible and medical, while 25 were poisonous. 56 strains were isolated. The temporal variation of macro-fungi was significant in large-scale. Only 8.3% species were found overlapped between the species lists of 2011 and 2017. Results showed that the traditional methods of macro-fungi investigation may result in less half of the macro-fungi which were able to form fruiting bodies. So, repeating investigation may be helpful to understand the diversity of macro-fungi.
