摘要
校外实习基地是旅游管理本科应用型人才培养的重要场所,是产教融合、校企合作的重要载体,是把学生在校教育与社会人才需求进行有效对接的重要平台。通过对梧州学院2013-2017届的旅游管理毕业生的跟踪调查,发现地方本科院校的旅游管理专业普遍存在校外实习基地数量少且类型单一、学生积极性不高、实习计划和内容缺乏合理的规划和设计及有效管理、实习满意度一般等现实问题,并提出了建议。
Off-campus practice base is an important site for developing applied talents of undergraduates majoring in tourism management and it is an important cartier for integration of production and education, cooperation between uiniversity and enterprise. Besides, it is also an important platform where students＇ in - class education can be made to meet effectively the social requirements for talents. By making a tracking survey of the undergraduates of tourism management major who graduated in the years from 2013 to 2017, the result shows that there exist the following problems in the tourism management major of local universities for undergraduates ： shortage of off -campus base, single type of base, participants＇ low enthusiasm, unreasonable design, plan and management of practice program and content, ordinary degree of satisfaction with practical effect. In view of this, some suggestions are put forward.
