摘要
采用离子聚合物胶体乳液对LA132水性粘合剂进行增韧制备复合粘合剂。通过差示扫描量热法(DSC)、离子电导率和电化学性能等对复合粘合剂进行表征,考察该复合粘合剂对正极片涂覆粘接力和柔韧性的影响,研究表明离子聚合物胶体粒子对LA132水性粘合剂具有较好的增韧作用。此外通过电化学性能测试,证实了复合粘合剂对正极材料电化学性能并无不良影响。
Ionic polymer particles were used to toughen water-based adhesives LA132. The adhesive and flexibility properties of composite binder were characterized using differential scanning calorimeter(DSC), ionic conductivity and electrochemical performances. It is found that the ionic polymer particles play an essential role in toughening the LA132. Furthermore, it is demonstrated that the electrochemical properties of cathode don't suffer from the composite binder.
