摘要
研究了单组分低熔点聚酯长丝的工业化生产工艺和关键装置,重点讨论了切片干燥条件、纺丝工艺条件及FDY纺丝装备的热辊、上油装置改造;利用设计改造的FDY纺丝设备和特定的纺丝工艺,成功实现了低熔点聚酯长丝的工业化生产。
The industrial production process and key device of single-component polyester filament with low melting point were studied. The drying condition,spinning process and the revamping scheme of the hot roller and oiling devices of FDY spinning equipment were discussed. The polyester filament with low melting point could be manufactured successfully by using the reconstructed
FDY spinning equipment and special spinning technology.
