HACCP体系在葛根黄酮口服液生产中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的确定葛根黄酮口服液的工业化生产的工艺流程,并研究危害分析的关键控制点(Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point,HACCP)体系在其生产过程中的应用。方法在良好操作规范(Good Manufacturing Practics,GMP)和卫生标准操作程序(Sanitation Standard Operation Procedures,SSOP)的基础上,根据HACCP原理对葛根黄酮口服液生产过程进行生物、化学、物理性风险分析,确定关键控制点并针对这些关键控制点制定相应控制措施。结果将HACCP应用到葛根黄酮口服液生产的各个环节,确定原辅料验收、内包装材料验收、灭菌、灯检四个关键控制点,并制定了相关纠偏措施。结论运用HACCP原理对葛根黄酮口服液生产过程进行控制使产品的质量缺陷率降低了58%,产品合格率明显上升,证明HACCP体系的构建利于保证葛根黄酮口服液产品质量的安全,也为HACCP在其他保健型口服液生产过程中的应用提供有益参考。 Objective This study was outlined to determine the industrial production process of Pueraria flavonoids oral liquid and to study the application of Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point( HACCP) system applied in this production process. Method Based on Good Manufacturing Practice( GMP) and Sanitation Standard Operation Procedures( SSOP),the biological,chemical and physical risks of the production process of Pueraria flavonoids oral liquid was analyzed according to HACCP theory,which aimed at determining the Critical Control Points( CCPs) and made them well under control. Results HACCP system was applied to all aspects of Puerpera flavonoids oral liquid production. Four CCPs including acceptance of raw materials,acceptance of internal packaging materials,sterilization and light inspection were determined,then the relevant corrective measures had been formulated.Conclusion The quality defect rate of the product had decreased by 58% and the qualified rate of the product had increased significantly after the HACCP system was applied in the production process of Pueraria flavonoids oral liquid,which proved that the construction of HACCP system was conducive to guaranteeing the safety of Pueraria flavonoids oral liquid product quality,and also provided useful references to application of HACCP in the production process of other health care oral liquid.
