摘要
中国自古就有着浓厚的饮食文化,但直到目前,健康饮食的思想在我国还没有真正实现。随着中国经济的不断发展,人民生活水平大大提高,饮食需求也在不断增加,中餐美食的科学方法已成为广泛关注的重大问题。本文介绍了中国美食的发展状况,进而分析了中国美食与营养因素的影响和科学发展的分析,最后探讨了提高中式餐饮营养和科学水平的重要措施。
Chinese has a strong dietary culture since ancient times. However, the general idea of healthy eating has not been realized in China. With the continuous development of China's economy, people's living standards have been greatly improved, and their dietary needs have also been increasing. Eutrophication and the scientific methods of Chinese cuisine have become major concerns. This article describes the development of Chinese cuisine, and then analyzes the influence of Chinese food and nutrition factors and the analysis of scientific development. Finally, it discusses important measures for improving the nutritional and scientific level of Chinese restaurants.
