摘要
从GIS研究生人才培养的特点和社会需求出发,详细分析GIS企业研究生工作站设立的意义,对研究生工作站管理制度、双导师制、课题组的组建和选题、进站研究生的实习安排和管理、工作和生活保障等方面进行深入探讨,针对运行过程中可能出现的问题提出合理化的建议。
According to the GIS postgraduate cultivating characteristics and social demand, this paper focuses on the significance of the establishment of enterprise graduate workstation GIS. The problems in the running process and some reasonable suggestions are also discussed： the graduate workstation management system, double tutorial system, group formation and selection, the postgraduate practice arrangement and management, security and other aspects of life and work.
