摘要
目的分析超声乳化联合房角分离术治疗闭角型青光眼合并白内障的临床效果。方法选取我院于2016年3月—2017年3月收治的闭角型青光眼合并白内障患者56例作为本次研究对象,纳入的56例患者均给予超声乳化联合房角分离术治疗,对比治疗前后患者的房角、视野、前房深度、视力、眼压等指标的变化情况。结果治疗后患者的眼压(11.29±3.14)mm Hg,低于治疗前(19.52±8.57)mm Hg(t=4.771 3,P<0.05);UBM检测患者术后中央前房深度(2.35±0.58)mm,深于治疗前(1.48±0.42)mm(t=6.428 7,P<0.05);相比于术前各项指标数据,术后患者的前房角宽度明显增加,房角开放,且视敏度增加、视野明显提升。结论闭角型青光眼合并白内障实施超声乳化联合房角分离术治疗,临床疗效显著。
Objective To study the clinical effect of phacoemulsification combined with goniosynechialysis in treating angle closure glaucoma with cataract. Methods 56 cases with angle closure glaucoma with cataract in our hospital from March 2016 to March 2017 were selected as study object, all of them were treated by phacoemulsification combined with goniosynechialysis, the angle, visual field, chamber depth, vision and intraocular pressure before and after treatment were compared. Results The intraocular pressure after treatment was（11.29±3.14） mm Hg, which was lower than before,（19.52±8.57） mm Hg（t=4.771 3, P〈0.05）. The chamber depth after treatment was（2.35±0.58）mm, which was deeper than before,（1.48±0.42）mm（t=6.428 7, P〈0.05）. The angle was wider, visual acuity was higher, visual field was wider than berore treatmen. Conclusion adopting phacoemulsification combined with goniosynechialysis in treating angle closure glaucoma with cataract has ideal effect.
